I really love my custom handpoke tool. It's so beautiful and special. Rowan did an incredible job with the design I sent (please do not copy! These are sacred symbols from my culture). There was a bit of damage during the shipping process (totally not the sellers fault) but Rowan was happy and more than willing to resolve the issue. Amazing customer service and also so so kind. Thank you for such a beautiful, sacred tool 💖

Seller was quick to respond and friendly. I wanted a custom piece and upon request, sent them a feather to be etched in and they did it! It looks beautiful! Packaged with bits of nature enclosed-alwasy a bonus. Thank you! Ceremonies will be more special.
